Guess everyone is familiar with Chu Lip as we used to see them in Guardian and Watson, as well as their trendy and stylish dome shape.

The sphere shape of the lipbalm not only enables us apply in just one touch, but also allows us to apply sufficient lipbalm on wide surface.

In Chu Lip Tinted range, they comes with two different packaging, with only changes of shades on the cover, darker pink (fuchsia) and lighter pink (peach-pink). 

Ingredients and Benefits:
Work like a lip balm and lip tiny, it comes with an easy glide-on formula. Chu Lip Tinted contains 3D pearl, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Olive Oil, Shea Butter and Rosehip oil. All these ingredients helps moisturizing our lips, while keeping our lips plump and smooth. Beside, Chu Lip Tinted comes with SPF22 too.

Texture and Scent:
The texture is alike with the usual lipbalm, yet it is colored and comes with a light and refreshing berries fragrance.

Shades on Lips

The vivid pink, look much vibrant on the lips, much darker compare to our own lip color. Much natural and perfect for daily hang out with friends!

The sweet pink, look much soft and light on the lips, like putting a layer of gloss on the lips! Perfect touch for daily working or casual look.

Before and After

Before application, my lips looked really dry and pale. The chapped lines on the upper lips were obvious. 

After application, my lips looked much supple and moisturized! My lips was smooth and the chapped lines have been filled too! There was a touch of color on my lips, giving a boost on the overall look!

Chu Lip

I love the packaging a lot! Definitely! They are so cute and easy to be carried anywhere anytime. During the first application, I can instantly feel the soothing and cooling sensation on my lips. It leaves my lips soft and hydrated. The lip tint last for a whole day with only once re-application. I love how the tint moisture and color my lips, as a lipbalm and tinted. Yet, I don't really love how the remaining tint left on my lips, with some peeled off and cracked stains.

SOS | Science On Skin

Due to work stress and abnormal body hormone, my skin condition has become worse.
I was forced to sleep late, as I have some freelance works to deal with right after I back from office at 8 pm, rushing final internship report and I have to squeeze my time even for blog. My skin has turned dry and sensitive no matter how many mask I have put on weekly. There are red blemishes and even acne all over my face! I feel terrible whenever I look into myself in the mirror.

Luckily, I have come across SOS (Science On Skin) recently, which is just in time to Save My Souls!
In this post, I am going to share my experience on the SOS Acne+ and SOS Multivitamins+.

SOS

Science On Skin, originated from France, it is a line of dermatologist-formulated treatment skincare products that matches well with its tagline of 'made and used by doctor '. 

They believe in the most potent ingredients and high concentration formulations that helps treating our skin concerns. 

All the products were dermatological tested and have reached the cosmeceutical grade.

First Impression on the Products:

The packaging of the products are rather simple, in full white, yet it gives a clean and clinical feeling, which really helps boosting on the consumers' confidence on the product itself, which is good and safe to use. 

Both of the products' bottles come with see-through packaging at the center, which gives the consumers a clear vision on the texture of the essence or serum. Both of the bottles come with two pumps with two tubes within, which good enough to indicate their dual actions and functions.

SOS Acne+

Acne+

SOS Acne+ is a dual action essence that formulated to intensively control acne and sebum, which helps in long term acne management. SOS Acne+ penetrates deeply into the pores, killing bacteria and stop breakouts.

Botanical extracts and ZINC PCA

Texture and Scent:
The solution from left tube is rather dilute and yellowish compare to right tube. Both tubes are in clear essence texture, where left tube is much watery whereas right tube is much alike to serum, with higher concentration.
There isn't any fragrance on the essence, it smells like something clinical, sort of mild floral scent.

Benefits:

• Reduce formation of blackheads and whiteheads
• Sebum Control
• Relieves / soothes skin irritation and inflammation
• Clear infected pores

My thoughts:
To save up time, I directly pump two tubes in once and mixing them together. The first impression during application, the essence is rather sticky. Yet, it penetrates into the skin within seconds, leaving a cool feeling on my skin, less stickiness and soothing, with nothing on! I feel my skin is so much refreshing and cleansed!
After a week of usage, I can clearly notice that my acne has been reduced and it is ccontrolled. As for those pop-up pimples, they are rather dull on the next day, less redness appearing as well as less swollen.

SOS Multivitamins+

Multivitamins+

SOS Multivitamins+ is a dual action serum that formulated with high concentrations of tiny particles of Vitamin A, C, E and Provitamin B5. It helps in promoting skin glow, restoring skin collagen, as well as working best for anti-aging, like reducing discoloration!

Both tubes are in clear serum texture, which is much concentrated, in gel kind of finish.
There isn't any specific scent on the serum, it smells refreshing, mild and unnoticeable.

My thoughts:

As usual,  I pump two tubes in once and mixing them together, just to save up time spent. The first impression during application, isn't that sticky compare to the Acne+. I am surprised that it penetrates and absorbs into the skin swiftly, leaving a nourish feeling on my skin. I feel my skin is so much glowy and plumpy!

After few days of usage, I feel my skin is much bouncy, brightened and moisturized!

Dr. Morita Mask | 森田藥粧

After few covers on event, I'm finally back with a post sharing on one of my favorite mask! If you have been followed up my travel post in Taiwan, I have mentioned that I have actually bought tons of mask from Taiwan! Beside the amazing hydrogel mask from Faith in Face, I have tried the mask from Dr. Morita too! A well known mask brand from Taiwan and the price is so affordable, of course they always have promotion on Dr. Morita mask, buy 1 free 1 lol!

So, I guess it's just the right time for me to share my honest review on the mask. Instead of purchasing in Taiwan again, Dr. Morita is now in Malaysia!

Firstly, I am going to share about the Dr. Morita Natto Rice Radiant Facial Mask which consist of:

• Natto Gum (rich in Vitamin B)
• Rice Ferment (rich in Vitamin B and E) 
• Hydrolyzed collagen (anti-aging agent)
• Organic Leontopodium Alpinum Extract (skin rejuvenating)

I guess everyone knows well about the benefit of rice water or even rice ferment on skincare, as they are widely used on most of the famous skincare products, like SK II and some other brand in Japan/ Korea. They said, rice is the secret of maintaining skin youthfulness and radiance!

Beside, rice helps to cure acne, shrink pores and brighten the skin complexion!

Second, I am going to review Dr. Morita Pearl Whitening Facial Mask which consists of:

• Tranexamic Acid (whitening agent)
• Pearl Powder, Maris Sal (brightening agent)
• Alpha-Arbutin 
• Hyaluronic Acid (moisturizing agent)

Pearl is known as the nutrient-rice powder that was used in a lot of facial treatment back in Egypt, China and Japan for almost a thousand year. Pearl powder helps to calm and nourish the skin, leaving skin with with silky smooth texture.
Now we know the secret within the luxury pearl powder?!

Dr. Morita Face Aid Kit

Last but not least, here's a box of Dr. Morita Face Aid Kit, a starter pack which is definitely convenient for travel!

This is what I love about Dr. Morita Mask!

The mask sheet is so fine and silky! The texture is so soft and smooth, yet it grips really well on the skin! I may just apply it while doing some other thing in front of my laptop, without any need of worrying the mask may fall. However, I may have to worry that the overflow of essence haha!

Yeap! The mask is full of nourishing essence and the essence is even dripping! Aren't they too generous? Sometimes, I don't even have to worry about over-mask, because the mask is still moisture and full of essence even after 20 minutes. 

You know what? For the remaining essence on the pack, I will just use up all of them on my neck, as well as using it as a moisturizing lotion on my elbow and ankle!

Like usual, apply the mask on cleansed face for about 15 to 20 minutes. 

After a good 20 minutes, you may surprise how your skins turn glowy, moisture and whiten in the end!
