Cherry Blossom Makeup | Shizens Visage Collection

Since Spring is around and cherry flowers are blooming, I am so excited to welcome such a pleasant season, celebrating a new beginning of life. This special season is just the right time for me to share a Cherry Blossom Makeup tutorial with you guys, with Shizens' cosmetics products.

After a brief introduction of the Shizens Visage Collection, lets jump into the tutorial!

Shizens Natural Pore Nutrient Foundation PRO

On the very first, lets get our skin primed with the Shizens Natural Pore Nutrient Foundation PRO, it helps moisture the face with the essential Vitamin E components while fighting against the pore imperfection. 

On my very first impression, I thought that the Shizens stick foundation will create a completely thick and extreme coverage make up base, just like how the other stick foundation does. Yet, it gives a total different view.

The texture of the Shizens foundation is so lightweight, that it creates a sheer silky finish on my skin, with a touch of moist.

Here's a picture with half face completed with the Shizens foundation and another half without, pure naked face. I was so surprised that the foundation give an amazing natural finish on my skin, moist and natural healthy glow. It even up my skin tone, giving it a radiance complexion.

It does a great job on natural coverage as it slightly covers up my dark circle, pores and some other skin imperfections. My pores are less obvious and my skin is so much smoother. You may apply another layer of foundation under the eyes, in order to fully cover the dark circle, by gently dabbing them into the skin. 

Before moving on to the eyes makeup, I am going to share a bit on the products that will definitely helps in completing our eyes makeup.

Shizens Hue-Duo Eyeshadow

Here goes my very first purely pink shades from Shizens Hue-Duo Eye Shadow (Sepia Pink) . I have never own any only-pink shades eye shadow and this is my very first from Shizens. I am so amazed by its formulation, as the colors pay off so well and vibrant. Surprisingly, the powders are so fine and without much fall out. *thumbs up*

Shizens Aqua Eyeliner

I was totally being cheated by the Shizens Aqua Eyeliner, as I thought it must be the traditional tub of gel eyeliner like what we have been using out there. Instead, it is a cushion type liquid eyeliner! The color is so pigmented and quick drying, it claims to be smudge-proof and long wearing up to 12 hours as well. It glides on the skin smoothly, yet the stroke is not as precise and accurate as the liquid eyeliner in pen shape, as it equipped with a brush, in a much blunt tip instead a sharp tip.

Shizens Smack Lips

Here's the another highlight, which is one of my favorite in this collection - Shizens Smack Lips. It is a liquid lipstick which instantly turn into stunning matte finish. The shade #Orange Tango is just perfect for a cherry blossom look. I really love the matte finish and vibrant color of this Smack Lips collection.
It doesn't fully dry the lips as it still contains coconut oil and sunflower butter that helps to lock in lip's moisture, preventing the lips peeling.

Step 1: After applying the Shizens Natural Pore Nutrient Foundation PRO as makeup base, apply some loose powder under the eyes, that helps prevent the eye makeup from smearing. Yet, do not powder the whole face, as we still need to keep our skin in natural glowy finish. 

Step 2: Apply the light pink shade from Shizens Hue-Duo Eye Shadow on the eyelid. 

Step 3: Apply the darker pink shade (plum) from Shizens Hue-Duo Eye Shadow on the lower lash line. 

Step 4: Draw a thin eyeliner on the upper lash line, filling up the gap within the lashes. 

Step 5: Draw another eyeliner on the lower lash line, about 1/3, extending downward till the outer corner of the eyes, parallel to the upper liner.

Step 6: Complete the cherry blossom look with the Shizens Smack Lips in #OrangeTango.

Veet Sensitive Touch | How I trim my Brows

FYI, I am a supportive fans of Veet if you do read my previous post on how Veet has changed my life. I have been using Veet since Form 2 and now I am 24. Yeap, that's a few years haha! Recalled back what I have been through since young, being called hairy and I was really in-confidence in dressing up till I came across Veet.

Since my hormone is extra strong compare to an usual human being, I am forced to at least trim my brows once or twice a week. I usually trim my brows using the eyebrows razor, being gentle and extra cautiously of not getting a cut.

I really love how they package the styler, in full white with a touch of pink, which enhances the overall feminity of this product, well portraits its claim of sensitive soft touch. The size of the styler is about the size of a electronic toothbrush, convenient and handy with its cylinder tube shape.

Unboxing the box, it contains a beauty styler, including a AA Batery, replaceable trimming head for brows (16mm & 6mm), replaceable bikini trimming head (20mm), a styler cap, two comb attachments, a cleaning brush and a beauty pouch.

How thoughtful that they even come with a pouch! Just good enough to pack everything in it when ever we are planning out for travel.

It's pretty easy to use where you just need to replace your preferred trim head and turn on the device by twisting it at the bottom of the handle.

Direction to use

Directions to use:
- Always remember to use on dry skin.
- For brows shaping and trimming, go for the 2 sided trimming head. It can easily reach out both of the larger (chin & side burns) and smaller areas (upper lips) precisely.

- For bikini line shaping and trimming, go for the bikini trimming head. You may add on the comb for your desired length.

How to clean it?
- You may clean it using the cleaning brush by sweeping off the dust and remaining hair.
- You may wash the trimmer head with tap water (not the device) and dry it with a clean cloth.
- Adding 1 - 2 drops of lubricating oil to the blades help prolong its lifetime.

Review

I am so sorry if the below pictures frighten you because I have been suffering from flexural eczema, my eyelid got infected as well :( 

I am under medication recently hence I hope it could really helps in treating such infection.

Back to the review, it is rated at 4 out of 5. 

It is super convenient and I don't even have to worry as there is zero risk on getting a cut! Anyone can pull off a pair of bold brows effortlessly with Veet sensitive touch. With no skills needed, you can easily shape your brows precisely by creating different arches and angles as it is equipped with the two-sided trimmer head, 16mm and 6mm. Yet, you have to be extra aware of not getting your brows chopped LOL

I hold on with one star as the device doesn't fully trim the hair from the end, as it will leave some tiny black spots. Other than that, I don't really like that the device's vibrate volume is rather high.
