My thoughts 
It penetrates very soon into the skin, within 5 seconds. It leaves my skin in matte finish, I can feel the suppleness on my skin which is totally none of the oiliness or stickiness. I love that feeling! Though I don't feel much of the moisture effect, yet it does soften my skin. It comes in a small container and it definitely convenient for us to bring around for trip as a makeup base/ primer.

Hair Makeover by Shiseido Malaysia

Not a review post, but some Hair Session sharing here...

So, here's the part of the 'hair collections' for these two years. Not to notice my face features have changed, but the hair color too haha!

Well, after being the outstanding one for about 2 years, I guess it's time to back to the basic and ordinary me...

I was so lucky to be invited by Alison to have a hair makeover session with a Hair Stylist who came all the way from Japan. My hairs have a got big issue to deal with where all the hair stylist found it irritating and annoyed when they came over my hair color. It's hard to remove the blue/turquoise dye on my hair even though we have tried for around 3 times? Clashing with red dye, doing a darker tone color, yet the blue/turquoise dye still remained, it did turn my hair appeared to be two or three tones in the end.

Here's come the solution that せんせい suggested to dye the 'dark brown' color on my hair as I hope there're none of the bleaching session involved. To make the dark brown look extraordinary, he suggested to do some high light in low tone on the surface of my hair, to enhance some hair complexion under the sun. So, I have gotten my dark hair tone like that and I was satisfied with it!

I have always wanted to get to basic after being so 'chok' for the past few years. Finally, I did. It maybe something that I am not used to be,but it's good to back to the old me. My hair look much healthy and my skin complexion looks better in darker hair tone.

Presentation Makeup Look!

Hello all! 

Today I am going to do a simple make up tutorial right here. I do believe that not everyone of us (girls) knows how to put on make up, some may prefer some light make up that suits every daily casual or formal occasions, some may also fond of speed-makeup. So, before starting up with my tutorial, here's some candy eyes 'Before & After' the make up.

That's a huge different, O-B-V-I-O-U-S-L-Y.

Lets start!

Apply some toner or moisturizer before applying any base, it can enhance your skin texture, creating nature glowy and moisture effect on skin. That's also one of the significant step to achieve Korean natural dewy skin. After some basic skincare, you can start off with base, for instance CC Cream, BB Cream, foundation and etc. Hereby I am using Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream as base and I gonna skip the concealing step.

After the base, do make sure to apply some loose powder or compact powder to keep your make up matte and long lasting. Apply more below your eyes area and T zone area. Hereby, I am using Legere Magic Water Cool Aqua Powder.

For me, brows are my soul! I have very little eyebrow hair and I believe that keeping the habit of doing the brows make me look absolutely great everyday or even stand out in some sort of in-prompt-to selfie.

Do any brows your prefer or you can just follow your own brows shape, but filling in the gap with

 eyebrow powder or pencil. Hereby, I am doing a pair of straight brows with Collection Work the Color Eyebrow kit. For beginner on brows, eyebrow powder works the best for you, yet make sure you trim your brows before any brows application.

Save your time on curler, use the Benefit Roller Lash! With 'Hook and Roll', you get your curl an lift lashes. Time to wink!

To save up more time and work, you can neglect either one of the steps (mascara application or eyeliner)! A thin eyeliner above your upper lash line is just nice! Remember less is more, the more fine your eyeliner is, the more natural looking you are. I'm using Miss Hana Gel Eyeliner in Brown.

 To look more energetic, take the blush! I'm using Shiseido MAQuillAGE Dramatic Mood Veil RD 100. Cheeky cheeky. It definitely boost up your look, don't try to neglect this step!

Last but not least, to make yourself not to look like a walking dead, lip stain! Hereby, I'm using the most natural color Shizens Lip Tattoo, which tend to stain and moisture my lips for whole day long!

 Tadaaa~ You're done! The nude make up for presentation day, stay natural and less.

You can also curl your hair with natural wave. I've personally explored a new kind of curler, unlike any other curling tong out there, it's a heat roller! Which you can simply blast and roll your hair, do your make up while waiting it to heat up and finish. Stay tune on the next blog post for more update on the heat roller set! =)

Of course, without a complete base, we can't finish up our presentation make up look. A base is a foundation to cover up our uneven skin tone, blemishes or any flaws. It comes in creamy form in skin tone shade.

Without covering the original skin tone, this cream blend well with all kind of skin tone, pull out the natural beauty of individual skin tone which look much healthier and natural.

It's clear to see that the coverage level of this cream great enough to cover up the dark circle and red blemishes on my cheek. Meanwhile, even up my skin tone with nature glow.

My thoughts 
It really blends well with my skin, quite effective in covering blemishes and pores, even the dark circle, bringing up my most natural side, even though with only one layer of the cream. Yet, I found it's too dry for me, definitely giving the sticky-free feeling. For those who has oily skin, do try this out.

SENKA Whitening Emulsion

I am always counter to any skincare product which is over moisture. I have been once troubled by breakout along the jawlines due to skincare product which I used causing my skin to be over-hydrated. I found lotion and emulsion products are way too moisture for me and causing oiliness on the face after few hours as we are staying in such hot and humid country.

My thoughts 
For first application, I felt it's kinda watery and it took about 2 minutes to be fully absorbed. I thought it will end up greasy but then it didn't disappoint me. My skin was still fresh and without any sticky feeling after hours, yet still moisture and supple. The most crucial part, event after few weeks, it didn't cause any breakouts on my face and the price is still in affordable range! Do take note that a little amount like 10 sen is more than enough for the whole face with its dilute texture.

Benefit Roller Lash Launch @Sephora, Starhill

Recently, Benefit has come out with a new mascara, namely Benefit Roller Lash Mascara, which comes with the concept of curling and lifting lashes without the usage of eyelash curler.

A study or survey on 31 women shown that

And Yuuup! It's was the mascara which I have been shared earlier before Valentine's Day on my Instagram with the hash tag of #MyDreamCurl.

During the event, we were all introduced to the newly innovate mascara, being shown with the right ways of application and of course chilling session with some other bloggers!

Benefit Roller Lash Review

I have straight lashes, I found Roller Lash was not as effective as I expected in curling and lifting my lashes. Yet, the lengthening effect was significant and zero clumpiness after the application whereby my lashes can be seen strand-by-strand.

I guess the Roller Lash works perfectly on soft lashes instead of Asian kind of straight and sleepy lashes.  But if you prefer slightly lift and curl lashes that wouldn't look super dramatic or vain, you may try this then :)

As the new year arrived, Shiseido MAQuillAGE has entered a new stage whereby aiming to bring a whole new experience in make up which is more fun and with full of excitement! Wanting all women to enjoy make up and fashion, it's not only a pure necessity!

I was so excited when receiving the email from Shiseido, because I knew it's gonna be an awesome day! Definitely, we have so much of pawsome fun during the MAQuillAGE Dramatic launch at Pavilion KL! Not only creatively painting the face chart with MAQuillAGE range, experiencing all their products, but also full makeover from Shiseido!

As a makeup artist, I don't really used to being makeup by some other people maybe it's the pride issue haha! Or I just think that they don't know about my face features well and which part of it that I wanted to enhance on.

But this makeup artist just showed me his great skills, flawless skin, great contours and also the fantastic thick straight brows! No wonder they said, guys' makeup artist always do the great job! =O
Here's my overall ladylike look with MAQUillAGE! I love how I looked here, looking abit like the Korean *buay paiseh*

Besides putting on makeup, I did enjoy the time spent with my babes. Mingled around and sharing our opinions on the products.

My Favorites!

Among the Dramatic series, the cheek or face colors are my favorites of all! The colors make my skin glow naturally in pink, with an addition of shimmering effect. It absolutely suits any occasions as it brings you the most youthful and natural looking. I think all of the girls should invest one of the cheek colors from this series and you will know it's worth to do so. And you know what? It's refillable! =)
